Job summary

Advantage-Solutions in Asheville seeks a Bakery Specialist to train clients and support retail bakery operations in the assigned territory. You will conduct in-store bakery training and build strong relationships with store teams to drive product knowledge and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 1-3 Years of baking experience (donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake and/or cake decorating)
• Advanced cake decorating skills
• Advanced to master baking skills
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage client and customer support in assigned territory by conducting store visits
• Conduct in-store bakery training in the assigned market area
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with In-Store and Sales Operations personnel
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned
