Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC operates a Cayce, SC bakery and is seeking a Warehouse Operator to assist with receiving, storing, moving, and shipping raw materials and finished goods. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure product quality, and uphold GMP standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks, using SAP for transactions, and maintaining accurate records while supporting production schedules and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Ability to complete documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Ability to work in warehouse and freezer environments safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move inventory.
• Manage inventory transactions and maintain warehouse records in SAP and other systems.
• Receive, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare, verify, and load outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
• Monitor warehouse conditions, equipment, and product integrity; report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness per GMP and food safety standards.
• Support production schedules, safety requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
