Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing with GMP/HACCP knowledge.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage training programs for production staff.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and skill certifications.
• Evaluate competencies and certify employees on positions.
• Identify training needs through audits and assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPI data to improve safety and quality.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, OSHA compliance during training.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR and others.
