Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in California is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our bakery team. You will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, helping in all areas to create memorable experiences for our guests.

You’ll greet guests, assist with product selection, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting stocking and merchandising. Flexible scheduling and a casual, team-oriented environment help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly and dependable with strong guest service focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand
