Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selections, and help decorate and package cakes to brand standards. You will support all bakery areas while maintaining a clean, food-safe environment and a cheerful guest experience.

We value friendly, dependable teammates with strong communication and teamwork skills who can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous bakery or food-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
