Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Perris, CA is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our bakery family. You’ll be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting to support all areas of the shop and create memorable experiences for our guests.

You’ll greet guests, help them select products, decorate cakes, and maintain a clean, food-safe workspace. No prior bakery experience required; paid training and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
