Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk in a fast-paced, customer‑focused setting. You will assist in baking, packaging, and merchandising baked goods while delivering friendly service.

You must be 18+, have bakery experience or a combination of education and experience, and be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Expect competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Must be at least 18 and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly with strong customer service and team spirit.
• Good communication and ability to take direction.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service; ensure items are prepared, packaged, presented, and clean.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
• Answer phones and take special orders.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, and related equipment as needed.
