The role supports the Bakery Manager and requires standing for long periods and manual tasks. Qualifications include 18+ years with a HS diploma or equivalent, strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent; bakery experience preferred.
• Reliable with ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork; take direction well.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, packaging, pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level customer service and maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Stock, rotate, price and face products; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect and log shipments for accuracy, temperature and quality.
