• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level customer service and keep bakery area clean and presentable.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, rotate, and price items; discard spoiled products as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
