Sprouts Farmers Market in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery area; stand for long periods; handle equipment and heavy items; and provide an exceptional shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing friendly behavior and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods under supervision.
• Assist in pricing, merchandising, and rotation of bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards in the bakery area.
• Operate equipment and ensure proper labeling and safety.
• Assist customers and take special orders as needed.
