Job summary

Der Dutchman Restaurant Bellville is seeking team members to join our hospitality team. You will bake pies, bread and doughnuts, use mixers, and follow established recipes in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong communication
• Ability to lift 10–30 pounds
• Experience with recipes or food prep is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Bake pies, bread and doughnuts
• Use electric mixers and other equipment
• Use established recipes
• Mix ingredients consistently
• Adjust oven temperatures
• Check baked goods for quality
• Check production schedule to determine what and how much to bake
• Clean prep areas
• Price baked goods and keep shelves and coolers in retail area stocked
