Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to partner with the Bakery Manager in leading daily bakery operations, guest experience, cake production, and brand presentation.

You will coach and develop team members, help manage schedules and inventory, and ensure compliance with NbC standards and safety policies while delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and support Bakery Manager in daily operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Ensure NbC product quality, brand standards, safety and merchandising are upheld.
• Support inventory control, scheduling, and payroll-related tasks as needed.
