Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations maintaining quality and customer service.
• Foster a welcoming environment and handle customer concerns and special orders.
• Plan daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms and seasonal programs.
• Manage sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train and develop bakery associates.
