Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations, manage ordering, receiving, stocking and display, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help meet sales and budget goals while ensuring food safety and department standards.

You will supervise staff, participate in scheduling and staffing decisions, and support promotions and training. Experience in retail and natural foods is preferred; a Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing ordering, receiving, stocking and display.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Train and mentor department team and ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage and backroom organization.
