Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is looking for a Coordinator team member to plan, direct, and supervise daily department operations. You will manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and displaying products while ensuring food safety and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, and promoting internal advancement. The role requires communication across teams, adherence to budgets, and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification is expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and development within the department.
• Support disciplinary actions and recommendations concerning discharge.
• Achieve sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
