Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to lead day-to-day department operations with focus on service and efficiency. You will assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to align with goals, while supervising staff, stocking products, and maintaining displays.

You will promote safe practices, customer satisfaction, and adherence to pricing and food safety standards, drawing on prior retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Serv Safe certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet department needs.
• Lead and train department team; ensure safety, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking and in-store displays; manage pricing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
