Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator to plan, direct and supervise daily department operations. You will manage scheduling, staffing, training, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote internal career paths and development.
• Support disciplinary actions and assist with promotion decisions.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Review sales goals, supply costs, stock loss/shrink results and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure food safety compliance.
