Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to lead daily department operations, oversee scheduling, staffing, and training, and ensure top customer service while maintaining safety standards. You will manage inventory, pricing, and adherence to food-safety processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a Serv Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and development for department staff.
• Maintain department cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals and manage sales, labor and margins.
• Provide exceptional customer service and train department team.
• Ensure proper pricing and ad sign compliance.
