Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to plan, direct and supervise department operations. You’ll manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and display to maximize profits while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You’ll lead staffing, ensure timely training, and support P&L goals while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to food safety processes. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and identifies development needs for department teams.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attains P&L budgeted goals and analyzes sales, labor and margins.
• Reviews sales goals, stock and shrink results to meet targets.
• Ensures safety and quality standards are followed across the department.
