Qualificações

• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Proven ability to coach others and meet productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist Bakery Manager in cake production, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Support recruiting, selecting and training team members and providing feedback.
• Ensure NbC standards for food safety, service and environment are followed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, payroll processing, and sales reporting.
• Co-manage special orders and large projects; handle open/close shifts and cash.
• Contribute to local marketing events and brand presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of bakery roles to support operations as needed.
