Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Greenville to lead Bakery Clerks, assist the Bakery Manager, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. The role requires 2+ years retail grocery and supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates dependable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong customer service orientation.
• Clear communication and ability to follow directions in a team environment.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work areas.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, and equipment.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs with/without assist.

Responsabilités

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily operations.
• Help manage department productivity, profit, and merchandising.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and displays for freshness and quality.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance across the bakery.
• Support delivery receipt and equipment handling in the bakery.
