Sprouts Farmers Market in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will focus on department productivity, product quality, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 2+ years retail grocery supervisory experience, strong communication, ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with 2+ years in retail grocery and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Reliable with ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to provide and receive direction in a team setting and handle special orders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Bakery Manager in leading the bakery department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Ensure excellent customer service and ensure bakery safety policies are followed.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment as needed.
