Qualifications

• Must be ≥18 with 2+ years retail grocery and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation of the department.
• Stand for long periods; handle physical tasks as described.
• Adhere to safety, health regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build engaging displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Unload deliveries and operate bakery equipment.
• Enforce company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
