Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and hold a Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Order and inventory controls, supervise the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure excellent customer service and monitor product quality.
• Unload deliveries, operate deli equipment, and maintain work areas.
