Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts from established recipes, while ensuring quality and consistency.

You will interact with customers, take special orders, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will manage proper rotation, labeling, and stocking of ingredients, and operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment with safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and baking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain quality and presentation.
• Familiarity with proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and fulfill special orders to create a positive experience.
• Prepare and bake items, rotate stock, and ensure cases are well stocked and appealing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production needs and support smooth operations.
