Albertsons Companies is seeking a reliable Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes, while ensuring quality and consistency.

The role includes measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking, with decoration of cakes and specialty desserts as needed. You will maintain a clean, organized workstation, rotate and label ingredients, and help plan daily production with the bakery team to keep cases well stocked and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality and presentation.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
