Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate cakes, and ensure consistent quality.

You’ll keep a clean, organized workspace, rotate ingredients, and present products in well-stocked cases. You’ll interact with customers, take special orders, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock in the bakery area.
• Assist customers, answer questions, take special orders, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Work with bakery team to plan daily production and adjust to demand.
