Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate cakes, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Throughout the day, you’ll rotate ingredients, maintain displays, and work with bakery teammates to plan daily production. You will assist customers, answer questions, and help ensure a positive, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate items such as cakes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients, ensuring full, well-stocked displays.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders to create a positive experience.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production and keep operations running smoothly.
