You will prepare a range of products, from breads to pastries, following established recipes to ensure quality and consistency. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll ensure clean workspaces, rotate ingredients, assist customers with questions, and help create a welcoming in-store experience while maintaining high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, timely service while following up on customer requests and questions.
• Bake breads, pastries and desserts using recipes and techniques.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality, presentation.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Familiarity with proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with bakery team to drive daily operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing production needs.
• Safely operate mixers, ovens and bakery equipment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move items in temperature-controlled areas.
