Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Bakery Associate to join our team. You will proof, bake and prepare bakery goods, following production charts and safety guidelines to ensure fresh, high-quality items for members.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, labeling and pricing, and maintaining clean equipment and displays. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and delivering Gold Standard service to our members daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods.
• Gathers products to be prepared for the next business day.
• Packages freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.
• Ensures all items are accurately priced.
