Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Packages freshly baked goods and displays them per bakery production charts.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following safety and freshness policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and surfaces.
• Assists customers at the bakery counter and answers questions.
• Ensures items are accurately priced and labeled.
