Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Team Member to support daily bakery operations, including proofing, baking, packaging, and display while delivering friendly service to our members.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
• Packages freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces in the bakery, including ovens, cooking utensils, refrigerated cases, display racks, and tables.
• Operates bakery equipment using proper work methods in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
