Responsibilities

• Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods per product handling information and charts.
• Package freshly baked goods and display per production charts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bakery equipment and surfaces.
• Ensure freshness, proper labeling, and compliance with quality standards.
