Job summary

A Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in the United States is hiring a Baker (Retail) to produce a wide range of breads, pastries and baked goods following par sheets and Dunkin guidelines.

The role requires standing long hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working eight hours or more. You will contribute to clean, safe, and high-quality product delivery while providing good guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work overnight and early morning hours with little supervision.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Outgoing personality and a smile.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time as well as hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities throughout their shift.
• Holds the Guest as their highest priority and is responsive to their needs and requests
• Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
• Prepare all donuts / baked goods following appropriate recipes and procedures
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
