Job summary

Spice Mill, Inc., a Dunkin Donuts franchisee in Ohio, seeks a Baker (Production) to craft a wide range of donuts and baked goods in a fast-paced facility. You will follow par sheets, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Baking experience preferred or demonstrated baking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate basic bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Able to make good decisions based on experience and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Night, weekend, overnight and holiday hours required.
• Adhere to Brand standards and systems in regards to product preparation.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation.
• Prepare donuts and baked goods following recipes and procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
