Job summary

Butter Pecan Bakeshop is seeking a dependable Bakeshop Supervisor to lead daily retail operations at our Pinole, CA location. You will oversee customer service, in-store baking, product quality, and team performance while maintaining high standards across all shifts.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage schedules, support multi-location coverage, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a retail, food service, hospitality, lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the retail location for the majority of scheduled shifts.
• Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth service throughout each shift.
• Supervise retail team members, assign workstations, manage breaks, and maintain staffing coverage.
• Maintain operational efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure retail displays are fully stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
• Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and elevate significant issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.
• Build relationships within the local community and promote the store through outreach and events.
