Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliability and excellent attendance are required.
• Quick service food handling experience in hospitality or food/bev industry is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Must follow cleaning and food handling/safety guidelines; masks and gloves required.
• Able to bake cookies accurately according to instructions.
• Integrity, positive attitude and initiative; able to work on a team or independently.
• Must be trustworthy; NDA may be required to protect recipes.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule; experience with POS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide a superior customer experience.
• Review the menu, make recommendations and assist with transactions using POS.
• Pack orders correctly and handle them with care.
• Perform kitchen prep, baking and cleaning as needed.
• Open and close bakery; ensure areas are clean and organized.
• Complete guest orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Identify and recover dissatisfied guests and maintain food safety standards.
