Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Physically able to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest delight with the quality of food, service and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection.
• Train the team in food safety standards.
