Nothing Bundt Cakes in Millbrae, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members, and ensure exceptional guest service while upholding quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will open and close procedures, coach staff, manage cash handling and daily reporting, supervise production activities, and address guest concerns to maintain the brand's welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
