Job summary

Levain Bakery in Boston is seeking a proactive supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced bakery. You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold Levain’s standards of care and quality.

You’ll supervise shifts, greet guests, ensure order accuracy, manage cash handling, inventory, and food-safety tasks, and mentor teammates with empathy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service or retail experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid DOH Certification and other regional food handlers’ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise team while maintaining a positive culture.
