Job summary

Levain Bakery in Newport Beach is seeking a Shift Lead (Cookie Lead) to supervise shifts, support bakery operations, and coach a team to uphold Levain’s standards for service and product quality.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in food service/retail with supervisory experience, strong communication, and reliable, proactive leadership. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, and overseeing safety and cleanliness.
