Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - San Diego is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the bakery team, helping to manage daily operations and guest service. You will guide and support staff to uphold NbC standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead and coach team members, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while driving sales and profitability, collaborating closely with the Bakery Manager and Assistant Manager to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail or food-service.
• Leadership: coaching others and achieving productivity goals.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bakery management to drive sales and profitability.
• Execute day-to-day bakery operations and ensure NbC standards.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to deliver guest experience.
