Levain Bakery is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our Boston shop, overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. You will mentor teammates, manage shifts, and uphold food-safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in food service or retail with some supervisory experience, English proficiency, and valid DOH certifications. Expect a competitive hourly wage with tips and a potential quarterly bonus, plus favorable benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred (depending on location).
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have valid DOH Certification & additional regional required food handlers’ certifications.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with curiosity and compassion, building connections with coworkers.

• Oversee daily tasks, ensure orders are accurate, and uphold DOH standards.
• Operate Toast POS system and handle cash deposits accurately.
