Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Sheeter, on the 2nd shift to operate high-speed bakery production lines, ensure safety and quality, and support continuous improvement. You will verify equipment readiness, monitor parameters, document issues, and contribute to GMP compliance and food

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficient computer skills to navigate production systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of GMP standards and workplace safety.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Weekend availability and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor high-speed bakery production lines to ensure efficient output.
Verify equipment readiness including sensors, guides, and safety devices.
Monitor ingredients and materials to support uninterrupted production.
Maintain process parameters such as temperature and timing.
Document production issues and corrective actions accurately.
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence programs.
Maintain GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards throughout production.
