Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing/manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; KRONOS knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring all aspects meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all team members.
• Escalate issues to leaders and follow up to ensure completion.
• Coach associates toward independent problem-solving to achieve standards.
• Collaborate across departments to keep production on schedule.
• Deliver KPIs for throughput, quality, safety, service, and cost.
