Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operation in North Carolina. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, uphold GMPs, and drive efficiency by resolving line issues and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. Growth opportunities exist within an established supervisory structure.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
