Job summary

Talent With Heart is hiring Production Supervisors for our bakery operations on-site in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safety, quality, and production goals.

This hands-on role requires strong supervisory skills and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and other departments to keep lines running smoothly. Opportunities for growth exist within an established supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in food manufacturing, especially bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and ensure accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
