• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production of safe, high-quality products by verifying processes and monitoring critical control points.
• Sort and separate below-standard product for disposition by supervision and quality.
• Maintain awareness of equipment and product quality.
• Ensure products meet moisture specifications and adjust ovens as needed.
