Job summary

BK Franchise Holdings LLC is seeking Back of the House Staff to assist with bakery item production, ensure product quality, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. The Baker I works under senior bakers, following established recipes and standards to produce high-quality baked goods.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and procedures.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and instructions.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment under supervision.
• Bake and monitor products to meet quality and consistency standards.
• Monitor ingredients and supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and rotated.
• Keep workstations and storage areas clean; follow food safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively to maintain workflow and meet production schedules.
