Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company is seeking Production Associates to operate equipment and produce finished products in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will inspect products for quality, handle trays and pans, assist in changeovers, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include feeding trays to washers, stacking/unstacking pans, and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Inspect product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Capable of standing for long periods and repetitive motions.
• Able to bend, lift, and reach as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Sort and manage trays by color and origin; remove broken items.
• Feed trays to the tray washer; operate pan stacker/unstacker as needed.
• Assist in product changeovers and ensure clean, orderly lines.
• Disposal of scrap and waste; keep work area clean and sanitary.
• Report quality issues and machine problems promptly to supervision.
• Monitor codes on packages and ensure proper packaging seals.
